"Well, I don't know how to start these things," he complains, planting himself on the bed, crossing his feet and wrapping a blanket around his shoulders so he can lean back comfortably.

But, he sighs and just starts talking.

"I talked to Rita," he starts out. "And yeah, alright, I was maybe an asshole at first. But then I told her the truth about it. And then I kind of ruined it because she - " he pauses, not wanting to get off on that tangent. He clears his throat instead. "I talked to two people I hurt. Well, they came to me, because it's not like anyone handed me a list and said 'here you go, buddy, here's all the people you killed.' But I told them the truth. And apologized. And yeah, one was Tim. But the reason was I just didn't talk to anyone. About anything. I'm just not used to that being an option, I guess." He pauses there, takes a breath, looks over to him.
